Shawn McDole

Shawn McDole is a CPA with over 25 years financial experience in both public and private companies. Mr. McDole began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and has held several CFO positions for both domestic and international manufacturing and distribution companies. He is an operations-oriented executive with extensive experience leading process improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S, and 6 Sigma.

Shawn has extensive experience with private equity ownership and achieving significant returns on portfolio companies. Recently, he was the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for a large family firm where he led the evaluation, due diligence, and integration of several manufacturing companies.

Dan McDole

Dan McDole brings a highly analytical approach to evaluating business investments while still appreciating the subtleties and nuances of a closely held business.  He received his MBA from The Wharton School where he double majored in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.  Dan is also a practicing physician and a partner in a private Anesthesiology practice in Brooklyn, New York.  He has been instrumental in business development and has helped the group achieve substantial growth in a highly competitive environment.   Dr. McDole received a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and his Medical Degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
